Pension
Our pension welcomed its first guests a few years after the restaurant was opened in 1989. Currently, we are waiting for those who are visiting the region of Badacsony with 9 rooms which are capable to accommodate 22 people. Faithful to its name (Borbarátok which means „Winefriends”) each of our rooms is named after a grape variety. Therefore you can find e.g. riesling and rosewood as well of which we make wines and those could be tasted at the Fata cellar. We are really proud that we have achieved an International Three Star rating in 2020.

FATA GUEST HOUSE
The Fata estate is located at hill Badacsony, 4 kilometers away from Borbarátok. We opened the estate in 2020 for our hotel guests. Here we are capable to accommodate those who would like to rest and relax in 4 rooms with beds capacity of 10.
Primarily we are waiting for those visitors who want to hide a little from the noise of the world, away from civilization, but still close to the center of Badacsonytomaj.
During the design of the house, the concept’s focus was the closeness of nature, so the house mainly shows the shades of wood and volcanic basalt. The wood and steel barrel winemaking methods are coming back as a blend of rustic and modern elements in the house. Another exciting detail is that the rooms were named after the volcanic witness mountains of the area.
